An in-person session centered on a personalized acupuncture treatment, guided by a thorough intake. Depending on your needs, sessions may also include herbal recommendations, lifestyle support, cupping, gua sha, and/or moxibustion.

Herbal Medicine

Personalized Chinese herbal medicine consultations focused on cultivating deeper, long-term balance. Depending on your stage of care, sessions may include a comprehensive intake or a brief check-in to assess and refine your herbal formula. Herbal formulas are purchased separately.

MJ Stevenson came to Chinese medicine through her own healing journey and was inspired by the power of being treated as a whole person. She holds a Master’s degree in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine from AIMC Berkeley, is licensed by the Texas Medical Board (L.Ac), and board-certified by the NCCAOM. Her work is grounded in classical Chinese medicine and centered on helping patients reconnect with their inherent vitality and inner light.
